please............ dont neglect it

if a young female had suffered from allopecia for about 8 years,

at first she improved on minoxidil then allopecia returns after stopping it

she went 2 many doctors & no hope.. she had normal blood investigations

it seems 2 be androgenic allopecia

please can be treated by mesotherapy or hair transplantation?

please reply...............please i need ur advice urgently...........
